One of the most impressive halftrack kits on the market I've been reading about. This is another highly detailed kit with full interior and not recommended for beginners. It has also been a rare model kit to find here in the US. I was fortunate enough to find several Das Werk Kits at Coastline Hobbies. The price for all of Das Werk's kits are very good in a world where some models are overpriced. this kit will be like building the actual halftrack from the ground up with many fine parts. Their is virtually no flash or extrusion marks. The link together tracks will require patience which will reward us with a highly detailed track that will sit accurately on the running wheels. I am looking forward to building this model as well as other Das Werk Kits in the future.

Having never built any MiniArt kits this one is the first of many that has been added to my stash. The quality of the kit is excellent. Highly detailed. Very fine details and parts. This kit is not for beginners since it will be a long build and requires a lot of patience and painting in steps. For the intermediate and pro builders this is a fine kit and worthy of being part of the StuG family of kits available.

The VMS guys put out information about this primer and how well it sticks to kit plastic. I have been using it on several kits and also tested it myself against another well known brand. Sure enough, after it is dry, this primer is harder scratch off or remove than other brand of primer. Add some retarder to reduce tip dry in your airbrush and to make cleaning easier. Easy to shake "back to life" after it has been sitting for months. I also like the bottle, how it dispenses, and the mixing ball inside.
