Thank you for shopping with us! We offer a variety of shipping methods to get your kits and supplies to you as reliably as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Economy Shipping: $7.95 flat rate on all orders under $100.

    • Orders over $100 (before tax) ship FREE.

    • Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

    • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days from shipment date.

  • Express Shipping: $29.99 flat rate.

    • Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ensure the fastest route.

    • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days from shipment date.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Local Delivery

  • Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within New Hanover County and Brunswick County, North Carolina.

  • For local orders under $100, a delivery fee of $4.99 applies.

  • Deliveries are made between 11 AM and 3 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We will text the phone number provided at checkout to coordinate details.


Address Accuracy Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages due to incorrect information. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States.

  • USPS Ground Advantage cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes in U.S. territories (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico).

How do I check the status of my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@coastlinehobbies.com with your name and order number.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  • Returns: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at info@coastlinehobbies.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis to ensure your satisfaction.
